How do I choose the right size for raw denim?
We recommend measuring your favorite pair of jeans using the 'flat lay' method and comparing them to our specific size charts. Since raw denim can be stiff, some customers prefer to size up by one for a more comfortable break-in period.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, NBDN Denim ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached. Hemmed or customized jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I wash my NBDN jeans to maintain the fades?
To achieve the best high-contrast fades, we recommend wearing your jeans for at least 6 months before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a specialized denim detergent and hang dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you provide free hemming services?
We offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on all full-priced denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, but remember that hemmed items are ineligible for return.
